Spotlight Profiles and Debriefs

Spotlight is a tool that deepens our understanding of ourselves, each other and gives us the tools to do our best work. It is strengths based: articulating strengths, how strengths are ‘overplayed’ and areas for development. It provides insights into how we behave and how this plays out in different contexts. 

 

As an accredited Spotlight Practitioner, I provide these profiles and thorough debrief sessions to help you connect the profileand insights to your context. 

 

Having these insights clearly laid out enhances coaching conversations and gives you a tool that's yours for the long-run. Together, we focus on actionable ways you can develop and discuss tips, tools and practices that you can put to use right away. 

 

How it works: 

Spotlight Questionnaire 

The first step is to take the Spotlight Questionnaire, it takes about 15 minutes and should be completed in one sitting. 

Debrief Session 

The session takes about 90 minutes. During this time we explore your profile, get to know where your preferences lie, and practical things you can work on going forward. The session is a space to be curious and explore, so know it is a confidential and safe space. 

Your profile and debrief are completely confidential – it stays between me and you.

Coaching

Coaching with Radicle goes beyond performance tweaks. We work on:

  1. Team members complete the Spotlight questionnaire
  2. Each individual receives a confidential 1:1 debrief
  3. We facilitate a structured team session focused on your highest-leverage development areas

 

In the team session, I use trust building methods to create a productive and positive environment for your team to feel safe being vulnerable with one another. After connecting with one another through peer coaching, we focus on your chosen area of development.

 

Sessions are practical, engaging and designed to create lasting behavioural change — not just a good conversation.

 

Follow-up plans and leadership check-ins ensure momentum continues long after the workshop ends.
