Spotlight is a tool that focuses on performance- deepening our understanding of our mindset, and that of others. It is strengths based and provides practical insights into how we behave and how this plays out in our work.
As an accredited Spotlight Practitioner, I guide you to connect the profile and its insights to your performance in context. Together, we focus on actionable ways you can develop and discuss tips, tools and practices that you can put to use right away.
In the long-term, this profile enhances coaching conversations and gives you a performance tool that is yours for years to come.
How it works:
Spotlight Questionnaire
The first step is to take the Spotlight Questionnaire, it takes about 15 minutes and should be completed in one sitting.
Debrief Session
The session takes about 90 minutes. During this time we explore your profile, get to know where your preferences lie, and practical things you can work on going forward. The session is a confidential space to be curious and explore how you can enhance your performance.
Coaching with Radicle goes beyond performance tweaks. We work on:
We begin with a complimentary chemistry session to ensure alignment, then typically work in structured six-session engagements (with flexibility to suit your context).
Great teams don’t happen by accident. They are built intentionally — through trust, shared language and clarity about how individuals work together.
Radicle supports teams to:
In the team session, I use trust building methods to create a productive and positive environment for your team to feel safe being vulnerable with one another. After connecting with one another through peer coaching, we focus on your chosen area of development.
Sessions are practical, engaging and designed to create lasting behavioural change — not just a good conversation.
Follow-up plans and leadership check-ins ensure momentum continues long after the workshop ends.
We help organisations embed impact and learning into their operational rhythm — without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
Impact evaluation should energise your organisation — not drain it.
When done well, it helps you celebrate success, learn faster and make better strategic decisions.
Once we are done, your organisation will have clear learning points on your project and be able to celebrate successes, sustaining your work.
We take a close look at how your organisation plans, monitors, evaluates, and learns. Through an audit of your existing structures, we develop a clear action plan to strengthen your learning culture and establish effective rhythms for reflection and reporting.
The result: a more connected organisation with strong programme development and a clear process for reporting to your board, partners, and funders.
Deep Connection is a container that breaks down walls, invigorates creativity and unlocks connections and trust so your team can really thrive. This takes the ‘team away day’ to a different, deeper level.
To encounter our work with depth, clarity, and connection, we have to first access those qualities within ourselves.
By combining leadership development, embodiment practices, and using the proven benefits of nature connection, this container gives space to explore our edges.
We will expand into the less comfortable, unknown spaces we know can hold the keys to unlocking what we need to move forward. We will develop the capacity to encounter hard problems and opportunities with the depth they require.
This container is for visionary teams and leadership groups who know the value of investing in their connection. Teams that will achieve incredible things if they come together to solve creatively and develop deep trust.
